Commission/Earnings
With Usborne Books At Home you receive commissions ranging from 15-30%, depending on the market option you are working. As a consultant you make commission on your retail sales and a personal sales bonus. As a sponsor of other consultants you can earn an additional percentage of your consultants' net sales, depending on your personal net sales. As a supervisor you can earn up to 11% in overrides on you and your group sales as well as a personal sales bonus.
